Prior to contract acceptance we provided approximately $1 million in Value Management saving to the client as a result of agreed design changes.
Successful install of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) façade, 40m long free spanning trusses, floating oak timber playing surface and a 100kW solar array.
The design used two different forms of insulated panel for roof and wall cladding. A local Kingspan roofing panel and an overseas Eurobond acoustic perforated panel for the main stadium cladding. This system of cladding allowed for efficient installation, while providing the acoustic and thermal performance of the building.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
