The group won the contract to deliver this development which included mixed-use tenancies for retail and commercial spaces, as well as six upper levels of residential apartments.
This project involved a highly intricate construction plan, effective management of several complex parallel construction projects and simultaneous work on two sites. One site consisted of a brick-clad concrete structure and a second, adjacent site, housed the residential apartments.
The challenge for the group was to conceive cost-effective design solutions and appropriate material selections. It was also essential to minimise disruption to nearby tenants and businesses.
The group successfully delivered the project’s luxurious apartments with state-of-the-art commodities to a satisfied client. Today, 39 Jackson Street is considered one of Melbourne’s most highly sought after addresses.
