With Cevue Apartments, the group delivered an iconic, beachfront development consisting of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom luxury apartments, short stay units, retail and commercial tenancies, a pool and a car park.
Extensive acoustic treatments were implemented to reduce noise for residents while significant retention works were completed and a concrete and precast structure erected.
The group worked closely with the contractor and architect during the design phase, providing construction expertise that minimised costs for the client.
