One of Monaco Hickey’s longstanding clients, GSK, undertook a single level extension of its pharmaceutical production facilities at its Ermington site in NSW.
The extension involved the demolition of a combined 830sqm of existing production areas to allow for a new granulation module. Also included in the works were a new blending room, drying rooms, wash bays, transfer booths and staging rooms. Finishes were of the highest quality and included full height wall vinyl and epoxy flooring throughout, complete with stainless steel fixtures.
This complex project was executed in the heart of existing production areas that were operational at all times. Monaco Hickey successfully completed the entire construction with zero impact on the client’s production schedules. The design and construction of this new module makes it the most advanced in the southern hemisphere.
