Eric commenced as Managing Director of Monaco Hickey in September 2014. He is a widely experienced construction leader having been Managing Director of Probuild in WA for almost 10 years before his appointment to Monaco Hickey. As a qualified civil engineer and construction manager, Eric has a depth of engineering knowledge gained from more than 36 years on major construction and infrastructure projects in Australia and South Africa, including power stations, health, pharmaceuticals, offices, retail centres, casinos and hotels.
Eric has extensive experience in leading and managing complicated projects across a diverse range of delivery methods. He brings in-depth knowledge of major projects and complex developments, along with an advanced understanding of client requirements. Eric also has a clear understanding of project dynamics and the management required to achieve positive and successful outcomes. He will play a major role in delivering Monaco Hickey’s long-term strategic development.
Patrick co-founded Monaco Hickey in 1994. With over 25 years of experience in the health and pharmaceutical sectors of the building industry, Patrick has been responsible for the delivery of a significant number of highly technical and complex projects throughout Australia. Patrick's construction management expertise extends to the master planning, program formulation and systems development of major projects undertaken by the company. He is respected for his abilities to manage project design teams during all phases of projects within the constraints of time, quality and cost.
Patrick's hands-on approach provides an environment of dynamic leadership and fosters a 'can do' attitude from his direct reports as well as the entire project workforce.
